Life is weird.
No wedding ever goes off without a hitch unless it gets canceled.
The truth is that there’s no such thing as writers block. It’s actually more along the lines of what the Bible calls a “stumbling block.” It’s about being stubborn, really. You sit down to write about what YOU want to write, but your brain wants to think about something else. You’re just not gonna have that, so you fight it. Nobody wins. If you’re on a deadline, you’re, well, gonna be dead. Luckily, I’m not on a deadline, and I’ve learned to be passive aggressive with myself.
