Am I proud of that joke? Not particularly. However, my cat just now started pulling and scratching at my lap so he could reposition and thoroughly lick his butt. These are my two joke books for kids. I’m currently working on my third. Just shy of halfway there. They take a long time to bake, so to speak, because I only come up with a few lines per day. They are well vetted through a brutal fifth grade audience, though. If you’re a parent to a school age kid, tell that little crumb-snatcher one joke per day. Eyes may (will) roll, but they will always remember how you tried to make them feel.
