Here’s the thing about jokes. If you tell kids a joke everyday (and I do because I’m a teacher), they will roll their eyes at you, and maybe even tell you, “Oh, that’s so bad.” But if you skip a day, they will come up to you and ask you if you’ve got a joke for them.
Parents, tell your kids a joke a day. It doesn’t have to be all that good or clever. They will always remember that you cared enough to try to make them laugh.
