To any aspiring authors out there, X is a great place to have a social media presence. It’s far better (in my personal experience) than it ever was before. There are far fewer bots lurking in the shadows, and you’re free to do your thing. Is it perfect? Not even close. The internet can be a rough place. But the author community is a thriving and supportive forum on that platform.
Let’s talk shop. Pretty soon I plan to set up a way for subscribers to get access to all my books for free forever. It’ll probably be in the format of a google form. Basically, I need a street team. Hardcore ARC and Beta readers already know where I’m going with this. My books need reviews to be marketable. Of course there are important caveats. I’m not allowed pay for them or compensate you in any way, and the reviews must be completely honest. Anyway, there’ll be more about this in the near future, so stay tuned.
On the writing front - We are now seventeen chapters into the rough draft of WHITE. There are two more scenes left, which should wrap up the story quite nicely. I’m in the midst of a writing slow-down due to, you know, having a day job and a life. At any rate, the book is still on track to be released well before the end of the year, even with preorders. And don’t forget, it’s going to be part of my mini-verse! Here are the links to the other titles within it.
