Teacher: I read your essay. It really made me think.
Student: Wow, that’s great!
Teacher: Yeah, it really made me think I need a new job.
For some reason, I’ve gone through a snarky patch with my jokes for kids. It was probably the last full moon. That one was a doozy, folks. If you work with the mentally deranged or children, you know what I mean. Hopefully my jokes will get a little lighter and cuter in the near future.
The publishing news has slowed down quite a bit of late. This is a sensible enough development. There’s this big holiday coming up where everybody buys a lot of stuff for people at the end of the year for some reason. People even buy books. All the companies are too busy making deals and shipping goods to try anything new right now. Can’t blame them for that. Time to change out the red pen for the black.
Speaking of sales. I’m participating in one through whole the month of December via Bibliotheca, the library distributor. WHiTE will be 30% off for them, which translates to super cheap checkouts for readers. I have no idea how to promote this one other than to just put it out there.
As you probably already know, REDNECK LINGO THE FOURTH is available for preorder. The sale price is 99 cents until it goes live in December 1st. It will be an Amazon exclusive for a while because it’s a 100 plus page picture book. Not every platform has the ability to carry it. Don’t forget that it’s basically a joke book for adults, though it is family friendly. Here’s the link to my Amazon author page.

REDNECK LINGO THE FOURTH Preorder
On the writing front, all 100 Redneck memes are in the queue and 65 have been formatted. The ebook cover is done, so the paperback and hardback is on track. We’re at the bottom of page 19 with our jokes for kids. I’m still liking emus for the book cover. Just finished Chapter Twenty-Seven of MoonDom Five, and we’re clocking in at 24,133 words. Discovery writing is slower yet faster at the same time. I’m currently in the middle of a plot twist that I never saw on the horizon. Fun stuff.
I hope you all have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Until Next Time, God Bless!
