I may have used that one before. Not sure. Hope everyone has enjoyed their first day of summer. Don’t know about you, but my power meter is spinning like a top. I get most of my exercise nowadays by following my kids around and cutting off lights.
Let’s talk about price drops. As some of you may remember, I’ve had to raise most of my paperback prices to make Amazon happy. Well, to make me happy, I dropped the prices of three of my ebooks to 99 cents. This isn’t a sale. They will remain at this price for the foreseeable future. Why would I do such a thing? Two of the three are humorous poetry books and are quite short. Since I don’t plan to make that my bread and butter, why not remove some friction? The third book is my oldest title, THE CURSE OF MR M’S CASTLE. While I’m quite proud of this one (And it’s an award winner.), I think it would better serve as an introductory story, representing the rest of my work. Here are the links. 👇👇👇

The Smashwords Summer/Winter Sale is coming up. Like always, I will be participating. All my titles will be 50% off. Since it’s for the whole week of July, I’ll post links next week. Many, many authors take part. It’s a great way to load up your Kindle or whatever e-reader/app you like to use. A lot of titles will be free.
On the writing front, Chapter Eight of my current WIP, MoonDom Five, is complete. We’re at a little over six thousand words right now. The current joke book for kids is at twelve typed (unformatted) pages, so it’ll be quite a while before that one is ready. However, there are thirty-five fully cooked redneck memes. At this rate, there just may be another Redneck Lingo book by the end of the year.
